Framework

The core driving mechanism of your story or business—what propels it forward (e.g., the hero’s desire or your brand’s value proposition).
Agentic
Describes a character (or user) who acts with purpose and intention. In stories, an agentic protagonist drives the plot.
Blueprint
A step-by-step plan outlining how a project, campaign, or story will unfold—used to align vision and execution.
🎠Story Beats & Arcs¶
HOOK
A compelling moment or idea that grabs attention instantly. It promises value or intrigue, urging the audience to keep watching.
Setup
Establishes the world, characters, and initial circumstances—laying the groundwork for change or conflict.
Stakes
What’s at risk if the protagonist fails. High stakes build tension and emotional investment.
Visible Goal
A concrete, external objective the protagonist pursues. Often accompanied by urgency (ticking clock) or danger (high stakes).
Foreshadow
Hints dropped early in the story that prepare the audience for future events. Effective foreshadowing increases coherence and payoff.
Chaos
The stage where everything falls apart—rules break, characters struggle, and tension escalates.
Value Discovery
A moment when the protagonist (or audience) realizes the deeper meaning, lesson, or treasure within the chaos.
All is Lost
The darkest moment. It seems like failure is inevitable—often used to create emotional contrast before the climax.
Collapse
The breakdown of systems, relationships, or strategies. A deeper form of failure that sets up the rebirth.
Solution Trigger
The event or insight that sparks a potential way out. It points toward resolution.
CLIMAX
The most intense, emotionally charged moment of the story—where the main conflict reaches its peak and is resolved.
Solution Applied
The protagonist uses their transformation or learning to act decisively and resolve the conflict.
Redemption
A character’s moral or emotional recovery—often tied to forgiveness, self-realization, or sacrifice.
Twist Payoff
A surprise that redefines earlier events, often delivering shock, satisfaction, or emotional reward.
TRANSFORMATION
The character (or brand/user) emerges changed. This new state reflects the internal journey completed.
Final CTA (Call to Action)
The story’s or content’s closing invitation—whether it’s to buy, subscribe, reflect, or act. It channels the emotional energy into direction.
